Item Availability 
-- When We Were Casuals endeavour to keep the website as up to date as possible and ensure all items are in stock. However, we cannot guarantee that all items shown are still available. If we receive an order for an out of stock item you will be informed of this via email within 24 hours and offered the option to cancel the order or shown an alternative item.

Security
-- When We Were Casuals do not store credit card numbers in our database. We will take your payment by transfering you to our secure credit card processing service provided by Streamline and Nat West Bank.

Privacy Policy
-- All the information that you provide to When We Were Casuals including your email address, delivery address and credit card details are strictly private and confidential. When We Were Casuals aknowledges that we are bound by the Data Protection Act 1998 and that we will not disclose your details to any third party without your express written consent. As a matter of good practice, we do not share any of our customers personal information with anyone else and we do not sell it on to others.

RETURNS
-- When We Were Casuals are happy to offer a full refund or an exchange on all website orders within 7 days of receipt or 14 days in the case of international orders. When We Were Casuals will only accept items returned in their original (as good as new) sale condition with all tags attached. All exchanges will be charged at full postal rate as 'free shipping' only applies to original orders.
-- Any returned sale items will not be refunded and a credit will be issued.

Procedure
-- To return an item please email info@whenwewerecasuals.com to request a returns form stating your intention. We will reply back within 24 hours with a returns form attached. Once you have received the form please complete and return along with the item to:-

Items should be sent by registered post or recorded delivery and must be securely packaged. When We Were Casuals will not accept responsibility for loss or damage to items being returned.

Your rights to return the goods are protected under E.U. Distance Selling Directive (which can be found at http://www.hmso.gov.uk/si/si2000/20002334.htm).

Once we have received the goods and we are happy with their condition we will refund your credit/ debit card excluding any shipping costs within 30 days.

DELIVERY
-- All orders within mainland UK will get free shipping using Royal Mail Special Delivery. When We Were Casuals aims to deliver all UK mainland orders within 3 working days.

-- International orders are shipped using Royal Mail International Signed For Delivery at £15 to mainland Europe and £25 to all other destinations. Delivery time for international orders is between 3 to 10 working days depending on destination (this is based on orders received before 3pm GMT, item(s) being available in stock and payment having been received)
